Returns & Refunds 

RETURNS:

• We can't refund your purchase if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before you buy.
• In the unlikely event that you received the incorrect item, we'll send you the correct one ASAP. Just email to get this sorted. You'll be reimbursed for the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
• All Prints are non-refundable. If you receive an item that was not in the product description, we will happily replace or refund your item.
  
  

·       If your Print is damaged please contact us as your artwork is protected by insurance through the courier. We will be able to assist in making a claim and sending out a new artwork to you. We cannot offer exchanges or returns for prints.

REFUNDS:

• We will process approved refunds back into the account you used to purchase your Print. This refund takes up to 4 days for us to process. Your financial institutions may take up to 4 days. This means it may take up to 18 business days for a refund to appear in your account.
